Job summary

General RV Center is seeking a skilled RV Technician in Michigan to service interiors, exteriors, electrical and plumbing on new and used RVs. Certifications will be provided by General RV.

Applicants should bring their own tools and demonstrate reliability with a strong work ethic and safe driving record. The position focuses on quality service and thorough inspections to uphold our family-owned heritage.

Qualifications

• Prior technical experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is highly desired.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Servicing new and used RVs (interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing).
• RV-specific certifications will be provided by General RV.
• Explain technical issues to customers and repairs.
• Meet the company quality standard.
• Inspect RVs thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV’s. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.
• RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV, do NOT need to be ASE certified.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.
• Inspect RV’s thoroughly.
