Job summary

General RV Center in Ashland, VA is seeking a skilled RV Technician to service interiors, exteriors, electrical and plumbing on new and used RVs. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with year-round work, paid training and opportunities for advancement.

The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on technical experience across automotive or related fields, owns tools, and a valid driver's license. General RV Center provides competitive pay, certification assistance, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of automotive, aviation, marine, diesel, or appliance technical experience.
• Must provide own tools.
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Reliable and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for servicing new and used RV’s. General RV Technicians do not service the chassis or engines, only interior, exterior, electrical, and plumbing.
• RV specific certifications will be provided by General RV, do NOT need to be ASE certified.
• Ability to clearly explain technical issues to customers and how the issue can be repaired.
• Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality.
• Inspect RV’s thoroughly.
