Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced RV Technicians. The ideal candidate will diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles, including travel trailers. Specializations may include maintenance of gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, chassis/towing systems, as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.

Responsibilities:

1. Examine, troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform maintenance and repairs on units.
2. Complete all repairs and install parts to ensure trailer is 100% ready.
3. Perform pre-delivery inspections and document repair orders.
4. Maintain propane gas and electric appliances, and conduct related troubleshooting and repairs.
5. Repair fiberglass, body, and structural components.
6. Install and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, flooring, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, propane systems, batteries, and charging systems.
7. Utilize manuals, catalogs, and online resources for repairs.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in RV, automotive, or carpentry repairs and installations.
• Hands-on construction or carpentry experience.
• Experience with hitch work and brake controls.
• Ability to work outdoors or in unconditioned environments.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Electrical skills and ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, and hear.
• Frequently sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Lift up to 10 pounds regularly, up to 15 pounds frequently, and up to 25-50 pounds occasionally.
• Have close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Work environment typically moderate noise level.
