roadsurfer is seeking a Station Manager to own the day-to-day operations of the Miami station, lead your team, maintain vehicle readiness, and ensure every customer drives away satisfied. You will track quality scores, analyze performance, coordinate with Maintenance, Logistics, Operations, Finance and HR, and collaborate with headquarters to optimize all roadsurfer locations.

As Station Manager, you're the captain of the ship. You'll own the day-to-day operations of the Miami station - leading your team, keeping the fleet in top shape, and making sure every customer drives away as a happy roadsurfer. You'll also be someone who thrives on data: tracking quality scores, analyzing what's working, and making smart, cost-conscious decisions to keep the station performing at its best.

You'll manage both people and process across a lot of moving parts, so this role suits someone who is quick, agile, and has a startup environment mindset. You'll also work closely with Maintenance & Repair, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and HR to keep improving the customer experience across roadsurfer North America.
