Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to join our growing team in Texas.

The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair work for RV coach systems, generators and body components, requiring a hands-on, detail‑driven mindset and a commitment to safety and quality. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, document tests and repairs, track parts, and keep supervisors updated on progress.

Qualifications

• Trade school or college certification in a related field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year of service technician experience or related field preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
