Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators and coach body components.

The role emphasizes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and maintenance tasks with emphasis on safety and quality, and certification support from the company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across RV service domains, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while documenting progress and parts usage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
