Job summary

A&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team in Tennessee. The ideal candidate will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components, showing a passion for mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general maintenance.

We value strong attention to detail, self-motivation and the ability to work across multiple RV subsystems. Certification or hands-on experience in RV service is preferred, with a willingness to learn and uphold safety standards

Qualifications

Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but experience is considered.
RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
Prolonged standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Must furnish own hand/shop tools.

Responsibilities

Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
