Job summary

A&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team in Tennessee. You will diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body components, with emphasis on mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance tasks.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move equipment. You will document work, track parts, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Trade or college-level certification in a relevant field is helpful, with work experience also considered.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Update supervisor on work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area for customers and coworkers.
