Job summary

A&L RV Sales is seeking a Service Technician to join our Georgia team. The ideal candidate will perform diagnostics and repairs on RV coach systems, generators, and body components with a focus on quality and safety.

Strong troubleshooting across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical areas is valued. You will document tests, service actions, and parts used, while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and communicating progress to supervision.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but not required.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected.
