Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach body components. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC skills and a passion for hands-on maintenance.

We offer certification support, a safety-focused shop, and opportunities to grow with a nationwide RV service network. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but work experience is also considered.
• 1+ year of service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
