Job summary

Camping World is seeking a skilled Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach bodies. The role emphasizes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance expertise with attention to detail and self-motivation, including potential certification support.

The candidate will handle diagnostics, electrical/plumbing/carpentry tasks, track parts, and ensure quality through supervisor review, while maintaining a safe work area and complying with

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but work experience counts.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
