Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our RV service team in Hugo, MN. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance issues, using available certifications or on-the-job training. We value self-motivation, attention to detail and the ability to document tests and repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields.
• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Possible exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment.
• Must furnish own hand tools and be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must have valid driver’s license preferred.
• Exposure to environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
