Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Hourly) with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs. The ideal candidate is passionate about fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance problems and will be self‑motivated with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

College or technical school certification in a trade (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance) is helpful.
At least 1 year of service technician experience or related field preferred.
RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Exposure to heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wet conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
