Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in the United States. The role emphasizes advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body work, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Training is available to certify if not already certified. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and capable of handling mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and body repairs.
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivation are valued.
• RVIA certification is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
