Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach bodies. The role emphasizes mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance tasks with attention to quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year experience in service tech, RVIA certification is a plus, and must provide own tools. Benefits include extensive training, time-off options, and a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

• Trade or technical school training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Maintenance is helpful.
• 1 year of service technician experience preferred.
• Must furnish own hand/tools and be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete diagnostics and repair or replacement services for RV systems.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance as needed.
• Keep accurate records of parts used and progress; maintain a safe, clean work area.
