Camping World seeks a Service Technician (Flat-Rate) with strong diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators, and body work. The role includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of service experience. RVIA certification is helpful but not required; candidates should be prepared to use their own hand tools and lift up to 50 lbs if needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/shop tools.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services for customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance on RV systems.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and quality of work.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and ensure final work meets quality standards.
