Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat‑Rate) to support our Spartanburg, SC service team. The role focuses on advanced diagnostic and repair work for RV coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs.

A strong attention to detail and self‑motivation are highly valued, with certification support offered for eligible candidates. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing, documenting parts, and keeping supervision updated while maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications

• Trade school or college certification in a trade field is required or beneficial.
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related field preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must furnish own hand/tools for work.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor informed of work progress.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee.
