Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV systems, generators, and coach components. The role requires hands‑on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC skills with a focus on quality and safety.

Certified or experienced technicians are welcome; RVIA certification is a plus. This on‑site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a large RV service network.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade is helpful; applicable work experience also considered.
• Minimum of 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
