Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and coach body repairs, with a passion for fixing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and maintenance problems.

You will perform diagnostic testing, repairs, track parts, and maintain safety and overall quality while coordinating with supervision to ensure standards.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but experience is also considered
• Minimum 1 year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
