Job summary

Camping World in Hope Mills, NC is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators and coach components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance, document repairs, and ensure quality workmanship under supervision.

You must lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a safe work area. We value candidates with 1+ year service experience and relevant trade-school certifications; RVIA certification is helpful but not required, and

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful but experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with heights and hazards.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and ensure quality final work.
