Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Flat–Rate) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and coach body components. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance while documenting tests and progress.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year service technician experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills for RV coach systems, generators and body repairs.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail and safety.
• Willingness to obtain/hold RVIA or related certifications if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
