Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team in Illinois. You will diagnose, repair and maintain RV systems, generators and coach components with attention to safety and quality.

We value hands-on troubleshooting across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and mechanical areas, and will support certification for qualified candidates. The role requires reliability, good communication and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields.
• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance.
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected.
