Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers seeks an experienced Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV systems, including electrical, appliances, carpentry, and plumbing. You will install accessories, secure warranty approvals, and ensure efficient use of materials in a busy service shop.

We prize attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work independently. ASE/RVIA certs are a plus; a valid driver’s license is required. Background and drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an RV service technician.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/diagrams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service focus.
• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus; valid driver’s license (3+ years, clear).
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs (electrical, appliance, carpentry, plumbing).
• Install and upgrade accessories and components to enhance RVs.
• Coordinate with service department for work authorizations and warranty approvals.
• Track materials and equipment usage for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections and provide customer walkthroughs.

Qualifications:

ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license clear of suspensions 3+ years is required.

At NIRVC, our customers mean everything to us. We are focused on supporting the RV lifestyle with our service department 7 days a week. We have recently transitioned to a 7-day schedule at several of our locations, and all service & parts departments will move to this customer focused schedule in 2024. All service positions will operate on a 12-hour workday, working 3-4 days per week (with 3 or 4 days off per week) depending on their schedule.
