Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our growing team in the RV division. You will diagnose, repair, and service RV systems, including electrical, appliances, carpentry, and plumbing, ensuring top-quality results for customers.

You'll install and upgrade accessories, coordinate with the service department for authorizations and warranty approvals, manage parts usage, and deliver thorough pre-delivery inspections.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an RV service technician with RV construction, systems and components.
• Diagnose and repair a wide range of RV systems and components.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance with strong customer-service focus.
• Prioritize safety and maintain a clean workspace.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus; valid driver’s license with 3+ years.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs across electrical, appliances, carpentry, and plumbing.
• Install and upgrade accessories and components on RVs.

At NIRVC, our customers mean everything to us. We are focused on supporting the RV lifestyle with our service department 7 days a week. We have recently transitioned to a 7-day schedule at several of our locations, and all service & parts departments will move to this customer focused schedule in 2024. All service positions will operate on a 12-hour workday, working 3-4 days per week (with 3 or 4 days off per week) depending on their schedule.
