Job summary

National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking experienced Service Technicians in Georgia to diagnose, repair, and maintain RV electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry systems.

You’ll work a 12‑hour shift with a 3‑4 day workweek, enjoy competitive pay up to $52 per flat-rate hour plus a $6 per billed hour bonus, and potential bonuses over $6,000 for top performers. Benefits, 401(k), and advancement await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an RV service technician, with broad knowledge of RV systems and components.
• Diagnostic and repair abilities for a wide range of RV systems.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Professional appearance and commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Safety-first mindset; maintains a clean workspace and follows guidelines.
• Credibility, responsiveness, and strong communication skills.
• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus; valid driver’s license (3+ years) required; background and drug screen.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RV electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
• Install and upgrade accessories and components to improve RVs.
• Collaborate with service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty work.
• Track materials and equipment used, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver a thorough pre-delivery inspection with walk-throughs for customers.

• ASE/RVIA certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license clear of suspensions 3+ years is required.

• At NIRVC, our customers mean everything to us. We are focused on supporting the RV lifestyle with our service department 7 days a week. We have recently transitioned to a 7-day schedule at several of our locations, and all service & parts departments will move to this customer focused schedule in 2024. All service positions will operate on a 12-hour workday, working 3-4 days per week (with 3 or 4 days off per week) depending on their schedule.
