This role involves preparing and repairing RV coaches and documenting all work performed.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Manage work assignments, document causes and corrections, and escalate when repairs exceed estimated time
- Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections to ready RVs for customers
- Electrical diagnostics including 120AC and 12DC systems, inverters, and converters
- Battery maintenance, engine and generator oil changes, chassis lube
- Basic woodworking and cabinetry skills
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair major RV systems such as brakes, hydraulic systems, HVAC, water heaters, appliances, plumbing, slides, jacks, and LP systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks like filter changes, sealant application, and component servicing
- Install RV accessories such as hitches, satellite systems, furniture, awnings, cameras, Wi-Fi extenders, appliances, and vent covers
- Conduct tire and brake inspections
- Follow OEM and vendor warranty procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and proper tool care
- Deliver high-quality repairs and attend required training and meetings
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
Required and Preferred Experience:
- At least 1 year of service technician experience or related fields preferred
- RVIA certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry is highly valued
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Own tools are preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Availability for more than 40 hours weekly, including nights and weekends
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods
- Exposure to heights, environmental conditions, and hazards
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Pay Range
USD $18.00 - USD $40.00 per hour
