Job summary

Campers Inn RV in Connecticut is seeking a Service and Parts Manager to lead the service department, supervise staff, and ensure efficient upkeep, inventory, and repairs for our dealership.

This role emphasizes profitability, safety, and exceptional customer service, with opportunities for growth within our expanding RV network. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, along with automotive/RV service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in an automotive or RV service department is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage one or more Service/Parts Department employees.
• Ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Responsible for the operations and profitability of the service department.
• Specifically responsible for maintaining MSDS sheets.
• Responsible for the inventory, ordering and delivery of all necessary supplies and equipment for the service department.
• Ensure OSHA standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Policies are complied with at all times.
• Analyze and resolve work problems and assist workers.
