Job summary

Grand Design RV is seeking a Service Shop Parts Advisor to join our team. You will work with the service department to ensure proper parts ordering is achieved and to support technicians with required materials.

You will manage parts orders, inspect incoming parts, pull prints for builds, and help with billing, invoicing, and inventory control while upholding our core values and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Parts experience a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years in the RV industry.

Responsibilities

• Order all necessary parts for shop use and repairs noted on work orders.
• Inspect incoming parts for accuracy and damage.
• Order tools and materials for the storage room.
• Pull and provide all prints for build-up of required parts.
• Work with purchasing to secure part numbers and parts.
• Review open orders to ensure timely completion and billing.
