Job summary

Bish’s RV is seeking an energetic RVFix Advisor to guide customers through service visits and upsell accessories and upgrades. This seasonal, day-shift role operates from our Meridian, ID Dealership Success Center, with the parts department support and CRM tools to manage leads and inventory.

You will help schedule service, quote prices, and drive long-term customer relationships while earning commissions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or service sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative selling approach.
• Motivation by commissions and performance-based pay.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Neat, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and parts inquiries.
• Proactively recommend upgrades, add-ons, accessories, and parts.
• Quote prices, book service appointments, and process parts transactions.
• Monitor, organize, and replenish parts inventory.
• Keep customers informed on progress and new opportunities.
• Maintain professional communication throughout the customer journey.
• Use CRM, scheduling, and inventory tools to track leads and sales outcomes.
• Support team across service and parts and participate in training.
