Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Technician (Hourly) in Roseville, CA to join our growing team and handle RV coach systems, generators, and body repairs. We pay to certify those not yet certified, and value attention to detail, self-motivation and hands-on problem solving.

The role covers diagnostics, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance, parts tracking, and maintaining quality. Competitive hourly pay comes with full-time benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in trade field is helpful but work experience is valued
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress; ensure final work product meets quality standards
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
