Job summary

Camping World in California seeks a Service Technician (Hourly) to diagnose and repair RV coach systems, generators, and body work. You’ll handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical maintenance with attention to quality and safety.

We’ll consider candidates with college or technical school trade certification or relevant work experience; RVIA certification is a plus. Valid driver's license preferred and willingness to certify where needed.

Qualifications

• Certification from college or technical school in a trade field is helpful.
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
• RVIA certification helpful but not required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document complete diagnostic test and repair or replacement services to customers
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance maintenance
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor apprised of work progress
• Ensure final work product meets quality standards and is inspected
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
