You’ll study our RV inventory, present features and pricing, and conduct walk-throughs and product demonstrations while building lasting customer relationships. Weekend availability and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualificações

• Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable asking for the sale and following up with customers.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to learn RV products and financing concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work weekends and a dealership schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Work with customers in person, by phone, text, and online.
• Build relationships and follow up consistently with leads and prospects.
• Learn our RV inventory and confidently present features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct RV walk-throughs and product demonstrations.
• Work with customers to find the RV that best fits their needs and budget.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in our CRM.
• Work closely with management and the finance department to complete transactions.
• Deliver a professional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
