Optimum RV is seeking motivated individuals for a first-step RV Sales Consultant role in Texas. You’ll learn the business from day one, with training provided and uncapped commission potential as you guide customers through the RV buying process.

As part of the team, you’ll demo models, conduct tours, negotiate deals, and maintain CRM records while meeting targets. Weekend availability and a drive to succeed are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or RV sectors.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build rapport and close deals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a commission-based role.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to identify RV needs.
• Demonstrate features of RV models including motorhomes and trailers.
• Conduct test drives and tours with potential buyers.
• Explain RV specifications, pricing, and financing options.
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records using our CRM system.
• Follow up to ensure a positive buying experience.
• Participate in sales training and stay updated on trends.
• Adhere to safety standards.
• All other responsibilities as assigned.
