Job summary

Campers Inn RV of Phoenix is seeking an RV Sales Associate to guide customers through the door-to-deal process and deliver outstanding service for new and used RVs.

With 1+ year of RV sales experience preferred, you will conduct product demonstrations, maintain knowledge of inventory, and collaborate with the F&I team. A valid driver's license, state sales license if required, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to superior customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow our trusted door to deal sales process.
• Sell new and used RVs with high-quality customer experience.
• Close sales in coordination with the Finance and Insurance team.
• Attend RV shows and location events as needed.
