Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate in Arizona to drive sales of new and used RVs while delivering a premium customer experience. You will conduct test drives and product walkthroughs to showcase features and benefits, then work with F&I and sales management to close deals.

The role emphasizes a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with customers, building relationships for repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
