Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. in the United States (Massachusetts) seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience selling new and used RVs.

You will conduct demonstrations, lead walk-throughs, and collaborate with F&I and sales management to close deals while maintaining a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with every customer. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, real estate or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
