Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will lead efforts to deliver a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs, including performing demonstrations and walk-throughs, and collaborating with F&I and sales management to close deals.

Ideal candidates possess strong sales experience, basic computer skills to review inventory, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
