Job summary

Qualifications

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
• Prior Sales experience is essential.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Ability to understand and convey financial and pricing information clearly and accurately.
• Ability to negotiate directly and diplomatically.
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors; and enter and exit an RV.
• Ability to travel to other stores or RV shows as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer contacts.
• Manage products, services, pricing, and margins.
• Utilize customer and prospect contact tools and reports.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Track progress of customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage multiple sales clients and opportunities.
• Identify, prospect and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate and share knowledge and best practices.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and provide reports.
• Attend and present at internal meetings and training.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
