Qualifications

• Prior Sales experience is essential.
• Excellent oral and written English skills.
• Ability to understand and convey financial and pricing information clearly and accurately.
• Ability to negotiate directly and diplomatically.
• Demonstrate trustworthiness and reliability.
• Ability to work outdoors; and enter and exit an RV.
• Ability to travel to other stores or RV shows as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals and plan activities.
• Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and contacts.
• Manage products, services, pricing, and margins.
• Use CRM and reports to track activities and results.
• Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries.
• Track progress of customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage multiple clients and opportunities.
• Identify and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate and share knowledge with the team.
• Monitor market and competitor activity and report findings.
• Attend internal meetings and trainings.
• Attend training to develop skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
