Blue Compass RV is seeking energetic Sales Associates in Colorado to own the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. This commission-driven role offers uncapped earnings and paid training for the first four weeks, with a focus on high-energy customer engagement across multiple channels.

You will guide customers through product selection, build rapport, and manage pipelines using our CRM tools to deliver an exceptional buying experience and foster long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
