Blue Compass RV is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to guide customers through the entire buying process across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels. The role emphasizes performance-based earnings through a commission structure and uncapped earning potential, with paid training for the first four weeks.

You will build rapport, manage your pipeline in our CRM, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to delivery, while collaborating with Sales Managers

Qualifications

• Driven to meet and exceed sales targets in a commission-based environment.
• Engage customers through phone, internet, and social media channels.
• Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and follow up on leads.
• Develop strong product knowledge and present solutions confidently.
• Maintain accurate and complete deal documentation.

• Collaborate effectively with Sales Managers and F&I partners.
