Blue Compass RV is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while earning via a performance-driven, commission-based structure.

The role involves engaging customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, responding quickly to leads, building rapport, and guiding product selection to close deals.
