Job summary

Great American RV is seeking a self-motivated RV Sales Specialist to engage customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the inventory with integrity and enthusiasm.

You will present RV options, demonstrate features, negotiate terms, arrange financing, and nurture post-sale relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Weekend availability is required and uncapped commissions reward performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business/marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably automotive or RV.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for RVs.
• Develop understanding of inventory, models, features, and pricing.
• Organize demonstrations and test drives to highlight RV value.
• Negotiate sales prices and terms, including financing and warranties.
• Maintain post-sale communication to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Monitor industry trends to adjust sales strategies and provide insights.
