Job summary

Great American RV seeks a motivated RV sales professional to help customers find the right units and close deals. You will showcase inventory, answer questions, and guide buyers through financing and warranties while delivering exceptional service.

You will also develop promotional campaigns and maintain post-sale relationships to drive loyalty and referrals. Weekend and holiday availability is required to meet peak demand and company growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in automotive or RV industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to address inquiries and concerns.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays, peak sales times.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess needs and budget for RVs.
• Demonstrate RV options and conduct test drives as needed.
• Negotiate prices and terms to satisfy customers and profitability.
• Explain financing options, warranties, and services.
• Maintain regular post-sale communication to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
• Develop campaigns and social media content to attract customers.
