Job summary

Blue Compass RV Seguin is seeking high-energy Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing earnings through a performance-driven, commission-based structure.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels to deliver a seamless, high-energy buying experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience working in a commission-based pay structure.
• Strong phone sales and customer engagement skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow-ups.
• Comfort using social media as a sales and branding tool.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work weekends.
