Blue Compass RV in Seguin, TX is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to guide customers through the full sales process from first contact to final delivery. This role offers a commission-driven structure with uncapped earning potential and paid training for the first four weeks.

You will engage customers across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, manage your pipeline with our CRM tools, and collaborate with Sales Managers to close deals while delivering an exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably commission-based
• Ability to use CRM to track leads and deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
