Blue Compass RV Las Vegas is seeking energetic Sales Associates to own the full sales process from first interaction to final delivery. You will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives while maximizing earnings in a commission-based environment.

You will engage across online, phone, social media, and in-person channels, respond to leads quickly, build product knowledge, manage your pipeline with our CRM, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start

Qualifications

• Experience in selling products or services, preferred but not required.
• Ability to engage customers across multiple channels.
• Comfort using CRM systems to track and follow up on leads.
