Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive sales of new and used RVs. This role offers uncapped commissions with potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually based on performance and year-end bonuses for eligible team members.

Responsibilities include leading customer experiences, giving product demonstrations, collaborating with F&I and Sales Management, and maintaining a high-integrity sales approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required)
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
