Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience in selling new and used RVs. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions and a path to $50,000–$150,000+ annually based on performance, with year-end sales bonuses for qualified team members.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of sales experience (RV/auto related preferred), be bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required, possess basic computer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
