Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate in Michigan to grow the business by selling new and used RVs. This commission-based role offers uncapped commissions with total annual compensation ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 or more, depending on performance, and a year-end bonus for qualified performers.

You will lead demonstrations, work with the Sales Management and F&I teams, and maintain a top-tier customer experience through follow-ups and professional service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in RV/auto/marine/powersports or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
